Women Council of Realtors holds luncheon

The Women Council of Realtors had a luncheon at the Inn at Fox Hollow with a powerhouse celebrity panel, "Women in Real Estate." All of the ladies spoke about their start in real estate and success stories. There was a large sell out crowd, a lot of laughs and inspiration for all attendees.

When Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) were first part of commercial real estate risk management, it was the lenders driving this requirement. When a borrower wanted a loan on a property, banks would utilize a list of “Approved Consultants” to order the report on both refinances and purchases.
