Winick Realty selects Weber as director of financial retail services

According to Winick Realty Group, Robert Weber, previously the market director of real estate for JP Morgan Chase, has joined the firm as director of financial retail services. Weber will focus on real estate strategies for financial services retailers. Weber holds a bachelor of science in Accounting and a master of science in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers. Established in 1982, Winick Realty Group is one of New York's prominent real estate firms specializing in retail leasing and advisory services.  Over the years, Winick Realty Group has served a broad range of domestic and global clients, with a strong emphasis on long-term representation, expansion and growth strategies.  The company exclusively represents Duane Reade, AT&T, Starbucks and many other local, regional and national retailers. With over 65 employees, Winick Realty is highly recognized as a forerunner in the retail real estate market. It was named #1 Retail Leasing Firm in 2006 - 2007 year by The Real Deal magazine and keeps scoring #1 in the magazine's Deal Sheet summaries.
