Winick Realty and Verada broker 8,644 s/f lease with Atherea Natural Market

Manhattan, NY TF Cornerstone (TFC) has negotiated a new lease signing with Atherea Natural Market, a brand-new grocery store opening its first-ever location. Located on the ground floor of The Victoria, TFC’s 22-story, postwar co-op building located at 7 East 14th St., the 8,644 s/f market is expected to open in the summer of 2025.

Steven Baker, Daniyel Cohen, and Thomas Galo of Winick Realty Group represented TF Cornerstone. Atherea Natural Market was represented by Brendan Thrapp and Nathaniel Mallon of Verada.

Positioned at the vibrant crossroads of Greenwich Village, Chelsea, Union Square, and the Flatiron District, The Victoria - located at 7 East 14th Street between Union Square West and Fifth Avenue - boasts an unparalleled location in one of Manhattan’s most dynamic retail corridors. Built in 1964 and converted to a co-op in 1986, the property has approximately 496 units divided between two wings and over 22 floors.
