Wilson joins Buckingham Properties' leasing team

Buckingham Properties has hired Courtney Wilson, who joins the Buckingham leasing team with over four years of experience. Wilson will be responsible for leasing and tenant relations for Buckingham's mixed-use properties. Wilson is a graduate of SUNY Oneonta and is an Accredited Residential Manager and member of the Institute of Real Estate Management. Buckingham Properties LLC is the largest and most diverse real estate development and property management company in the Rochester area. Buckingham focuses on opportunistic development projects in the Greater Rochester region and takes pride in its combination of resourcefulness and significant experience to adapt to the needs of its diverse real estate portfolio. The company owns and manages more than 40 properties comprising over 8.5 million s/f of rental space in the Greater Rochester region.
