Wilson and Cohen of Pyramid broker 14,800 s/f Save-A-Lot lease
The Binghamton office of Pyramid Brokerage Co. acted as the sole broker in the lease of 200 Main St., to Moran Foods, doing business as Save-A-Lot, Ltd.
The new Save-A-Lot grocery store opened in former pharmacy space recently. In addition to the 14,800 s/f store, the tenant is leasing the adjacent parking lot, offering parking for store customers.
The properties are owned by UNIVEST, Johnson City, LLC.
Maureen Wilson, president of Pyramid in the southern tier region represented the landlord and Herb Cohen, CBI, associate broker of Pyramid represented Save-A-Lot.
