Will of Hemisphere Holdings brokers $3m dorm sale in Auburn; Sold by Piccolo Properties to undisclosed LLC buyer
Hemisphere Holdings Corp. has completed the $3 million sale of Lattimore Hall Dormitory. The property is located on 81 Genesee St. and features 99 beds and 20 suites. It is configured into 3, 4, and 6 bedroom apartment suites.
Piccolo Properties, LLC sold the six-story, 37,500 s/f multifamily property to an undisclosed LLC buyer.
Richard Will, president of Hemisphere, was the sole broker.
