Wilcox and Raymond of G.S. WIlcox arrange $25 million for 338,661 s/f

Secaucus, NJ According to G.S. Wilcox & Co., they have arranged financing in the amount of $25 million.

Gretchen Wilcox, president, and Al Raymond, principal, originated the loan, which provided financing for a repeat borrower of G.S. Wilcox & Co. The loan is secured by a 338,661 s/f single tenant warehouse building, currently net leased by Staples. The loan term was fixed for five years and has a 30-year amortization, and was financed by Thrivent Financial for Lutherans.

G.S. Wilcox & Co. serves as an exclusive correspondent for Thrivent and was their 2015 Top producer in the country, originating over $150 million in loans.   

G.S. Wilcox & Co., located in Morristown, NJ, is a full service mortgage banking firm which originates, underwrites, and services commercial real estate mortgage loans. Founded in 1994, they have been servicing clients for over 20 years.
