According to G.S. Wilcox & Co., the firm has arranged $6 million in financing for Watchung Commons, a multi-tenanted retail building consisting of 32,696 s/f. The borrower, repeat clients of G.S. Wilcox & Co., will utilize the 10-year term loan to recoup construction costs of upgrading the property and adding Party City as its largest tenant. The loan was negotiated by Gretchen Wilcox and Al Raymond of G.S. Wilcox & Co. G.S.
