Pliskin Realty & Development's sales associate Christopher Wierzbicki has brokered a 10-year lease representing the tenant, Allstate Insurance, and the owner of the Midlawn Shopping Center, Stephen Newman, Newman Real Estate, for a space located at 1085 Hicksville Rd. Allstate is now occupying a 880 s/f store in the shopping center which also includes a Dunkin' Donuts, Once Upon a Child, Island Recreation and other businesses.
