Wierzbicki of Pliskin Realty & Development brokers 880 s/f lease for Allstate Insurance

Pliskin Realty & Development's sales associate Christopher Wierzbicki has brokered a 10-year lease representing the tenant, Allstate Insurance, and the owner of the Midlawn Shopping Center, Stephen Newman, Newman Real Estate, for a space located at 1085 Hicksville Rd. Allstate is now occupying a 880 s/f store in the shopping center which also includes a Dunkin' Donuts, Once Upon a Child, Island Recreation and other businesses. At Pliskin, Wierzbicki concentrates on property sales and leasing assignments, representing property owners, tenants, and investors. He brings to the role diverse real estate and related financial experience and extensive sales, marketing and strategic planning skills.
