• A 10-year lease with one five-year option for 2,700 s/f at 2626 Middle Country Rd., Centereach. PRD Centereach, LLC is landlord while GoftTEC is the tenant. Marvin Hartman, executive VP at Pliskin co-brokered this lease.

• A 10-year lease with one five-year option for 7,500 s/f at Plaza 200, Voice Road Rd., Glen Cove. Pliskin is the landlord, while Rising Star Furniture is the tenant. 

• A 10-year lease with options for 1,000 s/f located at 325 Sunrise Hwy., Lynbrook. Irving Tire Co. Inc. is landlord while Lynbrook Wine & Liquors is the tenant.
