Pliskin Realty & Development sales associate Christopher Wierzbicki has brokered a 6,000 s/f 10-year lease for Karko Suit formerly located at 247 Voice Rd. to 239 Voice Rd., a 6,000 s/f store in the same shopping center, Plaza 200, which was formerly occupied by Marty's Shoes. Wierzbicki represented the property landlord, Pliskin Realty & Development and Karako Suits.
