Wertheimer leads Paul Hastings LLP team in Crowne Plaza Times Square recapitalization

According to Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, the firm represented The City Investment Fund, L.P., whose general partners are affiliates of Fisher Brothers and Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds, in the December 2011 admission of new equity and recapitalization of debt secured by the Crowne Plaza Times Square Hotel and the asset's commercial office, signage and retail interests. Real estate partner Robert Wertheimer led the Paul Hastings team, which included partner Belinda Orem, of counsel Eric Allendorf, senior associate Jeffrey Diener, senior associate Nathalia Bernardo and associate Leslie Rosen.
