Welsh of Zere Real Estate Services leases 8,000 s/f

New York Tattoo, Inc. has just leased 8,000 s/f of industrial space at 85 Hoffman Ln. in Suffolk County. The tattoo industry is a trendsetting growing business with mainstream appeal that reaches all generations due to the national exposure of reality television, the music industry, major athletes, movie stars and overall media exposure. Kevin Welsh of Zere Real Estate Services was the broker who negotiated the deal for New York Tattoo. The property landlord was Brent Mako Properties that accommodated their new long term tenant. "The client was looking for easy access to major roadways and a cost effective location that would benefit his business. After looking looking at numerous properties the multi industrial building location in Islandia suited their growing needs best," said Welsh.
