Wells Fargo celebrates grand opening of Tribeca branch with $400,000 grant to Renaissance Economic Development Corp.

Manhattan, NY On February 10, Wells Fargo celebrated the grand opening of the Tribeca branch at 90 W Bdwy. This new branch aligns with the company’s plan to expand throughout New York. Wells Fargo now has 28 branches in Manhattan and more than 80 branches across the state.

The event included a new grant of $400,000 to Renaissance Economic Development Corp. (REDC) to support their Loan Loss Reserve (LLR) fund. This grant will enable the organization to expand affordable lending to small businesses in New York City’s low- and moderate-income communities.

“The Tribeca branch marks another exciting milestone for Wells Fargo as we continue to grow in New York,” said Brad Nolan, head of branch systems & transformation. “Our branch expansion not only allows us to better serve our customer base in Manhattan but also reinforces our commitment to the Tribeca community.”
