Welco Realty, Inc., an XTeam partner, arranged the signing of a 50,000 s/f lease with supermarket chain Fairway Market at Georgetowne Shopping Center, 2149 Ralph Ave. Fairway has another store in Red Hook, Brooklyn. The original flagship store, Fairway Market, at West 74th St. on Manhattan's Upper West Side, founded in the 1930s, is still operating at this location.
Welco represented both the landlord, Astoria Holding Corp., and tenant in this transaction.
