Welco Realty signs 30,000 s/f lease for Jo-Ann Fabric in N.J.

Welco Realty, Inc., an X Team partner, has signed a lease representing Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Stores for 30,000 s/f for a flagship store in the former Comp USA space on Rte. 17. This store will be one of the largest format stores for Jo-Ann Fabric.
