Welco Realty, Inc., completed the following six leases totaling 91,583 s/f: Mall at Bay Plaza, Bronx Retail Group of America - Fashion European brands d/b/a * Blanco - 3,149 s/f * F & F - 8, 872 s/f * Flomar - 498 s/f * Monsoon Kids - 1,500 s/f Welco represented the landlord in this transaction. DSW Plaza, Lake Grove, New York * Fairway Market - 54,209 s/f. Located across the street from the Smith Haven Mall. Fairway offers a combination of traditional, organic and specialty foods. This will be Fairway's third store in Long Island. The Lake Grove location will be the chain's fifteenth food store in the tri-state area. Welco represented both the landlord and tenant. * Ashley Furniture - 23,355 s/f. Welco represented the landlord. Ashley Furniture HomeStore has become one of the major retailers of furniture and home furnishings in the U.S. and internationally. Their stores are located throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, Central America, and Japan.
