Weiss of T. Weiss Realty Corp. leases 3,800 s/f to Lincoln Land Services

Lincoln Land Services LLC, a title insurance and escrow service provider, leased 3,800 s/f of office space at T. Weiss Realty Corp's Melville Corporate Center III, bringing occupancy at the building to 95%. Lincoln Land, which relocated from Rockville Centre to MCC III, also known as 324 S. Service Rd., serves both commercial and residential clients with title insurance, settlement, escrow and 1031 exchange services on transactions both nationally and internationally. "We are thrilled that Lincoln Land has joined the T. Weiss tenant roster," said Craig Weiss, managing director of T. Weiss Realty. "Their suite will feature a unique, loft-style, exposed ceiling, and several other enhancements that will create a very high-end work environment." Craig Weiss arranged the lease directly with Lincoln Land. Lincoln Land joins several other tenants, including TD Bank, Aviva Life & Annuity, Janney Montgomery Scott and Ameriprise Financial. The 133,050 s/f building overlooking the Long Island Expressway was completed in 2008.
