Weiss of T. Weiss Realty brokers two leases

Melville, NY Craig Weiss, president of T. Weiss Realty Corp., has brokered two leases in-house on behalf of the landlord totaling 13,963 s/f. The leases include the following:

• BigName Holdings LLC leased 7,312 s/f at the 149,000 s/f class A office building, also known as 105 Maxess Rd. at Melville Corporate Center I. The company, which plans to move in on May 1, is relocating its headquarters office from Amityville. BigName was represented by Phil Shwom of Schacker Real Estate Corp.

• Greater LI Financial Services Inc. has leased 6,651 s/f in the 80,000 s/f office building at 532 Broadhollow Rd. at The Broadhollow Corporate Center. The firm is combining its offices from Westbury and Melville. Greater LI Financial was represented by Nick Battaglia of Stonegate Real Estate LLC.
