Weinstein of Sholom & Zuckerbrot negotiates two leases - 35,000 s/f

In deals arranged by Douglas Weinstein of Sholom & Zuckerbrot Realty (S&Z), Harbor Freight Tools will open a 19,000 s/f store in Huntington, and a 16,000 s/f store in Centereach. Both openings are expected in the first quarter of 2012, and represent the fourth and fifth Long Island leases negotiated by Weinstein for Harbor Freight. The Huntington store is located at 301 W. Jericho Tpke., while the Centereach store is located in the town's main shopping corridor off of Middle Country Rd. The landlords in these transactions were represented in-house.
