Queens, NY Ariel Property Advisors has closed on the sale of 220-05 Jamaica Ave., a 5,600 s/f commercial building with a full basement in Queens Village. The site sold for $1.025 million, which represents $183 per s/f.

Flexible zoning allows for retail, office, and residential use.

Exclusive agents Daniel Wechsler, Daniel Tropp, and Michael Tortorici, represented the seller, The New York Psychotherapy and Counseling Center.

The property is located on the North side of Jamaica Ave. between 220th St. and 221st St. in Eastern Queens, two blocks from the Queens Village Long Island rail road station.
