Washington Trust provides $3.9 million to Taymil Ivy Manor, LLC
Washington Trust's commercial real estate group provided $3.9 million in financing to Taymil Ivy Manor, LLC, for refinancing and capital improvements to Manchester Green Apartment Homes totaling 72 units.
