Warren of Kaufman reps tenant in 2,500 s/f lease

The Kaufman Organization brokered a five-year, 2,500 s/f lease at 37 West 17th St. for MobiNow Corp. Elliot Warren of The Kaufman Organization represented the tenant while Kimia Shadrokh of The Moinian Group represented the landlord. Warren specializes in the Union Sq. area, placing six tenants in over 20,000 s/f of space over the last several months. "We were thrilled to find MobiNow Corp. new office space on the same block as its previous location. The new loft space in the heart of Union Sq. offers the company plenty of room for growth," said Warren. "We have the unique ability to find tenants incredible space in this desirable location." MobiNow Corp is a global provider of mobile-based social communities for consumer brands. Its flagship product, FunkySexyCool, is a rapidly growing mobile-based social community offering young adults a fast and fun way to flirt with people from around the world via their mobile phone. The rapidly growing company needed larger office space for its headquarters. Previously, the firm was located at 50 West 17th St.
