Warren of Kaufman Organization reps sub-tenant in 5,000 s/f lease at 56 West 22nd Street

The Kaufman Organization brokered a two-year, 5,000 s/f sublease at 56 West 22nd St. for Zemoga. Elliot Warren of the Kaufman Organization represented the sub-tenant, while Perry Mesmer of Colliers International NY represented the sub-landlord. "Zemoga needed to find a new, spacious office quickly. This full floor at 56 West 22nd St. was built, furnished, priced right and almost completely move-in ready, just what the company was looking for," said Warren. Constructed in 1900, 56 West 22nd Street is a 12-story, 60,000-square-foot building located at the edge of Manhattan's Flatiron District. The building is home to many other office tenants including Museums Magazine, Pop Logic and BPI Video.
