Ware Malcomb completes construction on new Washington Capital office in Seattle

Seattle, WA Ware Malcomb, an award-winning international design firm,has completed construction on the new Washington Capital Management Inc. office located in the Park Place Building at 1200 6th Avenue, Suite 700. Ware Malcomb provided interior architecture and design services for the project. Ware Malcomb assisted Washington Capital in designing nearly every aspect of its newly relocated corporate office comprised of 15,734 s/f. The redesigned office space incorporated private offices, conference rooms, collaborative seating areas, a break room and a separate staff lounge. “This project was an exciting opportunity to completely reimagine a new office space designed specifically to meet Washington Capital’s needs, both now and in the future,” said Cindy Kang, studio manager in Ware Malcomb’s Seattle office. “It was a great example of what Ware Malcomb’s interior design team can provide any client looking to refresh their office space to reflect a more vibrant workplace environment.”
