Wahl appointed licensed real estate representative at Racanelli Realty Services

Racanelli Realty Services Inc., a full-service commercial, industrial, and retail real estate brokerage and property management firm, announced the appointment of Lori Wahl as licensed real estate sales representative. In this position, Wahl will be responsible for developing new sales and lease transactions, as well as identifying new opportunities for the company's property management division. Prior to joining Racanelli Realty Services, Wahl served as a sales representative for Sperry Van Ness Commercial Real Estate, where she was an advisor to real estate investors and commercial real estate developers in the Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas region. Her professional background also includes a sales representative position at Prudential Texas Real Estate (Southlake, TX), where she served as a Buyer's Agent for employee relocations and also listed homes on behalf of Dallas-Fort Worth area developers and residents. Additionally, Wahl has served as an Administrative Assistant at Tuttle Venture Group (Dallas, TX) and with OEM (Hauppauge, NY). In addition to her New York Real Estate license, Wahl holds a Texas Board of Realtors Real Estate Sales Certification.
