Wadler and Lopez of KDA broker 1,200 s/f lease to Helen's Nail Salon in Brooklyn
According to Kalmon Dolgin and Neil Dolgin, co-presidents of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, Inc. (KDA), the firm has arranged a 1,200 s/f, long-term lease for Helen's Nail Salon at 426 Lorimer St. in the Williamsburg section.
Jacques Wadler and Vincent Lopez of KDA represented the owner, while Fiona Johnson of Fillmore Real Estate represented the tenant in the deal.
The two-story, 2,000 s/f building at 426 Lorimer St. features a glass storefront with 20-ft. of frontage, and a 350 s/f basement.
Located between Stagg and Ten Eyck Sts., the property offers access to Queens and Manhattan via the Brooklyn Queens Expressway and Williamsburg Bridge, and major thoroughfares Grant St. and Broadway. The building is within walking distance to the J, G and M subway lines and B48 bus route.
