Wadler and Lopez of KDA arrange two leases totaling 14,100 s/f

According to Neil Dolgin, executive VP of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, Inc. (KDA), the firm has completed two leases totaling 14,100 s/f. The deals include the following: * A 4,700 s/f, two-story warehouse at 28 Frost St. to Omega 33 Corp., a bread and pastry wholesaler. Fred Rufrano represented the owner, KDA. Jacques Wadler and Vincent Lopez of KDA represented the tenant, Omega 33 Corp. Omega 33 signed a three-year lease, with an option for two additional years. * A 9,400 s/f one-story warehouse at 517 Stagg St. to Along Products Corp., a restaurant equipment manufacturer. Wadler and Lopez represented the landlord Dimension Lumber. Linda Wong of KDA represented the tenant. Along Products signed a five-year lease, with an option for two additional years. Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates is a 105-year-old, Brooklyn-based real estate firm. In addition to providing brokerage and management services, Kalmon Dolgin has acquired $300 million of its own real estate assets within the past year alone, primarily industrial and medical/office properties.
