Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, Inc. (KDA) has arranged a 2,500 s/f lease for M-1 Piping Corp. at 105 Sanford St. in the Williamsburg section, according to Neil Dolgin, co-president of the company.
KDA brokers Jacques Wadler and Vincent Lopez represented the tenant, while MS Levy Realty represented the owner in the deal.
The one-story warehouse at 105 Sanford St. is located close to the G subway line and the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway.
