Village of Ridgewood issues RFP for 12,000 s/f commercial/retail building

The Village of Ridgewood has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a new 12,000 s/f, two story commercial/retail building at 213 - 233 East Ridgewood Ave. The winning bidder will be awarded a 70-year ground lease in connection with the construction of the commercial/retail building. All RFP's for the commercial/retail building must be delivered to Christopher J. Rutishauser, P.E., CPWM, Director of Public Works/ Village Engineer by 11 a.m. on Thurs., Sept. 5th at Village Hall located at 131 North Maple Ave., Ridgewood, NJ 07451. All RFP's will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time in the Village Hall's Level 4 Courtroom.
