Vigliotta of NAI Long Island sells 15,000 s/f office building

Brentwood, NY NAI Long Island, an office of NAI Global, disclosed that Mario Vigliotta facilitated the sale of a 15,000 s/f office building located at 55 2nd Ave. on behalf of the seller, 157 Cliff Road Partners, LLC. The buyer, Tempwork Staffing Solutions, was represented by Nick Evangelista of New York Space Finders Inc.

55 2nd Ave. is situated on a 1.89-acre lot at the northwest corner of 2nd Ave. and 8th St. 

The property features a professionally landscaped exterior, ample parking, and separate entrances for each unit, making it suitable for both general office and medical office use.

TempWork Staffing Solutions Inc. is a minority-owned business founded in 2011 in Queens. The company has since expanded its footprint, operating offices in Queens, Suffolk County Long Island, and Bergen County, New Jersey.
