Rochester, NY Venture Brokerage Group has completed the retail leasing for the Whole Foods Center at 2740 Monroe Ave.

The 83,700 s/f plaza, anchored by Whole Foods, marks the brand’s third location in Upstate NY, with complementing existing stores in Buffalo and Albany. Beyond Whole Foods, the plaza hosts a curated selection of tenants, including Sephora, Starbucks, Crumble Cookies, Jersey Mike’s, Zoom Tan & Zoom Fit, The Good Feet Store, Fidelity Investments, T-Mobile, Chapter Aesthetic Studios, Well-Now Urgent Care, and Tranquility Now.

Venture Brokerage Group served as the exclusive listing broker for the landlord, Daniele Family Companies.
