Varley of Varley Appraisal installed as president of AI upstate N.Y. chapter
The upstate N.Y. chapter of the Appraisal Institute (AI) installed Michael Varley, MAI, of Varley Appraisal Group, Inc. as president. James Murrett, MAI, SRA, received the 1st Annual President's Award for 2008 for his contributions to the chapter. Other officers include: William Hafner, MAI, as VP; Donald Fisher, MAI, as treasurer; and Robert Stevens as secretary. The 2007 president, Chris Harland, MAI, will serve as one of the regional reps along with Gary Snowden. The board of directors are: outgoing president, Robin Kubicki, MAI; Murrett; Rex Bryce, SRA; Donald Coon, MAI; Snowden; Michael Coles; Susan Baldwin, MAI; Michael Egnoto; Karen Whipple, MAI; and William Kimball, MAI.
