Varbero and Casagrande join Forchelli Deegan Terrana as partners in the securities litigation & regulation practice group

 

 

Uniondale, NY Anthony Varbero and David Casagrande have joined Forchelli Deegan Terrana LLP’s (FDT) as partners in a newly-formed securities litigation & regulation practice group. Varbero and Casagrande co-chair this group.

Prior to joining FDT, Varbero and Casagrande were affiliated with Joseph Mure Jr. & Associates in Queens and Brooklyn. They are bringing decades of New York City financial and legal services to the Long Island market. FDT is now the only Long Island-based law firm that has attorneys on its roster who formerly held 10 supervisory and general securities licenses.

Varbero earned his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School; his MBA in Management & Finance from Fordham University’s Graduate School of Business; and his B.S. from St. John’s University. He is pursuing his PhD in finance from Pace University.

Casagrande earned his J.D., magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and his B.A. from the College of Staten Island.
