Vanguard-Fine Retail Store Leasing, LLC hosts February 8th marketing session

February's marketing session was hosted by Vanguard-Fine Retail Store Leasing, LLC at the Wolf Rd. Shopper's Park in the city's retail corridor. Neighboring retail includes Colonie Center and Northway Mall. The site is also near Albany International Airport and hotel corridor surrounding the airport. The center has received a complete façade renovation. Tenants of the center include the Guitar Center, Stickley Furniture, Macaroni Grill, Key Bank, Talbot's, Stone Mountain Flooring, Outback Steakhouse, Capital Bank, Bank of America, Subway, Fleet Feet, Sofa's & Chairs, Mark Anthony men's shop and Arby's. Vanguard-Fine currently has up to 45,000 s/f of retail/office space available in the park. Michael Tucker, president of the Center for Economic Growth (CEG) was the guest speaker. CEG serves the 11-county Capital Region of NYS, a significant portion of the Tech Valley corridor, which spans from the Canadian border to the counties north of N.Y.C. CEG launched an initiative to foster and sustain a regional commitment to attract and grow diverse technology-based industries.
