Colonie, NY Vanguard-Fine, LLC has completed threes sales and leases totaling 88,031 s/f. The deals include the following:

  • Steven Lerner, Kenneth Brownell and Barry Feinman of Vanguard-Fine, and Neil Cherkosly of Upstate Realty brokered the sale of the 39-unit Colonie Terrace Apartments located at 2006 Central Ave., between purchaser, Bill Hammel and seller, Colonie Housing Associates.
  • Lerner, Brownell and Feinman along with Tony Quang of Preisman Realty, Inc. brokered the 2,650 s/f lease between Fang Chen and Xiuxia Li and Wolf Road Park II, LLC. Leased to Love Gifts, located at Wolf Road Shoppers Park, 145 Wolf Rd.
  • Brownell and Feinman brokered the 2,752 s/f lease between ABC Rod Pizza 2, LLC dba Gennaro’s Pizza and Town Center Company II, L.P. The new pizza restaurant is located at Town Center, 1704 Western Ave., Albany.
  • Brownell and Feinman brokered the 3,007 s/f lease between RSVT Syracuse, LLC dba-Five Guys and Syracuse 727, LLC. The Five Guys is located at The Marshall, 727 S. Crouse, Syracuse.
  • Brownell and Feinman along with Brian Donovan of Donovan Real Estate brokered the 18,000 s/f lease between Harbor Freight Tools and TDC Genesee, LLC. The Harbor Feight Tools is located at Genesee Valley Shopping Center, 4276 Lakeville Rd., Geneseo.
  • Benjamin Feinman, Barry Feinman and Brownell brokered the 2,887 s/f lease between Halprin Inc dba Adapthealth NY and MDB Enterprises. The office is located at 12 Jupiter Lane, Suite 4, Albany.
  • Paul Bulmer, Barry Feinman and Brownell along with Adrew Bonica of Eastern Retail brokered the 33,369 s/f lease between Big Lots and El Gato Grande LP. The Big Lots store is located at Dalton Ave. Plaza, Pittsfield, Mass.
  • Lerner, Brownell and Barry Feinman brokered the 1,000 s/f lease between Joseph P. Mangione Inc. and SKJ Properties. The locksmith is located at KEM Plaza, Route 30, Amsterdam, NY.
  • Benjamin Feinman, Barry Feinman and Brownell brokered the 3,279 s/f lease between Veiled Collections, LLC and Touhey Associates. The business will be located at 30 Kraft Ave.
  • Benjamin Feinman, Barry Feinman and Brownell brokered the 2,500 s/f lease between Dream Lab Productions, LLC and Clark Industrial at 14 Walker Way.
  • Brownell and Barry Feinman brokered the 18,587 s/f lease between Harbor Freight Tools and Carnegie Management & Development Corp. at Oneida Plaza, 1032 Oneida Plaza Dr., Oneida.
