Vanguard-Fine, LLC brokers seven transactions

Kenneth Brownell, Barry Feinman, Gordon Heeps and Alex Kutikov of Vanguard-Fine, LLC brokered the 10 year lease between Family Dollar and 35 ALT, LLC. The 8,192 s/f store will be located at Wynantskill Square in Wynantskill. Brownell and Feinman brokered the 5 year lease between Feigenbaum Cleaners, Inc and Shaker Louden Associates. The 1,200 s/f space is located in Fresh Market Commons in Latham. Brownell and Feinman with Brian Donovan of Donovan Real Estate brokered the 10 year lease between Planet Fitness and Dominic Alfieri. The 18,000 s/f Planet Fitness will be located in Port Jervis. Feinman and Brownell brokered the 5 year lease extension between Advance Auto Parts and Nigro Companies. The 16,000 s/f store will be located at 405 Second Ave in Troy. Brownell and Feinman with Donovan of Donovan Real Estate and Monique Ward of Adirondack Real Estate brokered the 7 year lease between Clearburger, Inc and National Retail Properties. The new 2,500 s/f 5 Guys Burgers & Fries will be located in Big Flats Commons, Big Flats. Heeps and Kutikov brokered the 5 year lease between Slimrod Ventures and Pet Zone. The 5,000 s/f pet store will be located in the Amsterdam Shopping Center in Amsterdam. Kutikov, Feinman, Brownell and Heeps brokered the lease between Plattsburgh Plaza, LLC and Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital. The 51,000 s/f space is located in Plattsburgh Plaza.
