The 2,505 s/f salon is located at 216 Quaker Rd., Queensbury. * Farrell brokered a 2,500 s/f, five-year lease between Junk King and Clark Industrial Park. The business is located at 4 Fritz Blvd,. Section 4, Colonie. * Farrell, Barry Feinman and Kenneth Brownell of Vanguard-Fine, along with Rick Recckio of Recckio Real Estate and Brian Donovan of Donovan Real Estate brokered a five-year lease between Blue Wirelessco, LLC and Southside Station, Inc.
