Albany, NY Vanguard-Fine, LLC has completed the following transactions: 

• Barry Feinman and Kenneth Brownell of Vanguard-Fine and Brian Donovan of Donovan Real Estate brokered the 15-year lease between Advance Auto Parts and Joseph Roosa & Rossa Family Assoc. Ltd Partnership. The 6,889 s/f store is located at 265 S. Cascade in Springville. 

• Chris Farrell, Barry Feinman and Brownell brokered the sale of 7 Lincoln Ave. in Bethlehem, between the purchaser, Ivo Garcia and the seller, Dana Laymon. The sale price was $325,000. The property will be utilized for Dunkin Donuts expansion. 

• Farrell and Julie Tidd of CM Fox Real Estate brokered a three-year lease between The Color Room, LLC and 2563 Park Plaza, LLC. The 1,100 s/f hair salon is located at 2563 Western Ave. 

• Farrell, Barry Feinman and Brownell and Jared George of Tri Capital Realty, LLC brokered the sale of 1541 Crescent Rd. in Clifton Park between the purchaser, TrustCo Bank and the seller, Key Bank. The sale price was $450,000. The property will be a TrustCo Bank location. 

• David Welcome, Brownell and Barry Feinman brokered the five-year lease between FP Schenectady, LLC and Scotia Industrial Park, Inc. The 44,000 s/f business is located in Glenville Tech Park in Building 201 in Scotia.

• Ben Feinman, Barry Feinman and Brownell brokered the five-year lease between Empire Auto Parts and MDB Enterprises, LLC. The 2,325 s/f facility is located at 12A Petra Ln., Suite #2. 

• Farrell, Barry Feinman and Brownell brokered the sale of 74 Broad St. in Waterford, between the purchaser, Dr. Ghazala Nathyu and the seller, Key Bank. The sale price was $450,000.

• Farrell, Barry Feinman and Brownell brokered the sale of 600 Second Ave. in Troy, between the purchaser, Joseph Valenti and the seller, Key Bank. The sale price was $50,000. 

• Ben Feinman, Barry Feinman and Brownell brokered the three-year lease between Genesee Environmental and MDB Enterprises, LLC. The 2,438 s/f facility is located at 12A Petra Ln., Suite #4.
