Vanguard-Fine completes 36,293+ s/f in leases and $461,500 land sale

Vanguard-Fine, a commercial real estate office located in Albany, completed the following lease and sale transactions throughout the state: * Barry Feinman and Kenneth Brownell of Vanguard-Fine brokered a 5-year lease renewal between Advance Auto Parts and Bettiol Enterprises, LTD. The 7,000 s/f store is located on Main St., Oneonta. * Feinman and Brownell, along with Marcus Bourn of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank (NGKF) brokered a 10-year lease between Harbor Freight Tools and DeWitt Town Center, Inc. The 17,497 s/f store is located in DeWitt Town Center in DeWitt. * Feinman and Brownell, along with Brian Donovan of Donovan Real Estate Services brokered the sale of 1971 Rte. 104, Ontario, between McFarland Development and Barbara, Peter and William Ficarra. The 1.2 acres sold for $461,500. * Feinman and Brownell, along with Gloria Marcus Bourn of NGKF brokered a 10-year lease between Harbor Freight Tools and Milpine Plaza Associates, LP in Niagara Falls. * Christopher Farrell, Feinman and Brownell of Vanguard-Fine, along with Tina Demarsh of Demarsh Real Estate brokered a 5-year lease between Hot Yoga and Quaker Queensbury. The 3,886 s/f yoga studio is located at Quaker Plaza, Queensbury. * Steven Lerner of Vanguard-Fine brokered a 10-year lease between Idol Nails, LLC and RCG-Queensbury, LLC . The 2,047 s/f nail salon is located in Northway Plaza, Queensbury. * Lerner brokered a 3-year lease between Brandon List, DBA Adirondack Mattress and SKJ Properties. The 1,863 s/f store is located in KEM Plaza in Amsterdam. * Feinman, Brownell and Fred Monaco of Vanguard-Fine brokered a 5-year lease between Namu Group, Inc. and Village Square, LLC. The 4,000 s/f restaurant is located in Village Square Shopping Center in Colonie.
