Vanguard-Fine completes $2.747 million in sales and 39,520 s/f in leases; Includes $1.907 million sale by Feinman and Brownell

Vanguard-Fine, LLC, a commercial real estate office located in Albany, completed the following sales totaling $2.747 million and 39,520 s/f in leases: * Steven Lerner of Vanguard-Fine brokered an eight-year lease between Ayelada 1210, LLC and 1210 Troy Schenectady Road, LLC. The 2,138 s/f home-crafted frozen yogurt shop is located at 1210 Troy Schenectady Rd., Latham. * Lerner, Barry Feinman and Kenneth Brownell of Vanguard-Fine brokered a three-year lease between Waleed Azis, DBA EZ Communication NY LLC and Angela and Gerasimos Menagias. The 1,900 s/f store is located at 1702 Chrisler Ave., Schenectady. * Feinman and Brownell brokered a six-year lease between Radiance Hot Yoga, LLC and Victoria Estates, LTD. The 3,000 s/f facility is located in Glenmont Plaza, Feura Bush Rd., Glenmont. * Lerner, along with Sheri Duan of Realty USA, brokered a 10-year lease between WU Bing and SKJ Properties, LLC. The 1,863 s/f nail salon is located in KEM Plaza Rt 30, Amsterdam. * Christopher Farrell, Feinman and Brownell brokered a three-year lease between Dr. Chad Vaughn (Vaughn Vision LLC) and Carman Realty, LLC. The 1,750 s/f office is located at Carman Plaza, in Guilderland. * Feinman and Brownell brokered a 10-year lease between Blaze Pizza and Buffalo Niskayuna Associates, LLC. The 2,487 s/f facility is located at Mohawk Commons in Niskayuna. * Feinman and Brownell, along with Ryan O'Connell of RDO Investments, brokered the sale of 563 Columbia Turnpike, East Greenbush between MM North Beach Hotels, LLC and Eastgreenbushwood, LLC. The sale price was $1.907 million. * Lerner, Feinman and Brownell brokered the sale of 966-970 Altamont Ave., Schenectady between Goddard Development, LLC and Fernando and Mary Schiazza. The sale price was $415,000. * Feinman and Brownell brokered a five-year lease between Bensons Pet Center and Johnstown Comrie Associates, LLC. The 8,400 s/f store is located at Johnstown Shopping Center in Johnstown. * Feinman and Brownell, along with Bob DeSarbo of Bell Tenant Champions, brokered a five-year lease between Smith & Nephew and Jupiter Park, LLC. The 4,557 s/f facility is located at 12 Jupiter Ln., Albany. * Feinman and Brownell, along with Laurie Tylenda of CBRE, Albany, brokered a five-year lease between Motion Industries and Jupiter Park, LLC. The 6,915 s/f facility is located at 12 Jupiter Ln., Albany. * Feinman and Brownell brokered a 10-year lease between Applebees and Myron M. Hunt, Inc. The 5,430 s/f restaurant is located at Mayfair Shopping Center in Glenville. * Lerner brokered a five-year lease between Car, LC (Jim Carbone) and SKJ Properties, LLC. The 1,080 s/f Dean's Dogs restaurant is located in KEM Plaza, Rt 30, Amsterdam. * Paul Bulmer, Feinman and Brownell brokered the sale of 418 South Pearl St., Albany between Maple Development and MSW Properties, LLC. The sale price was $425,000.
