Vailas of Goodman-Marks earns MAI designation

Tonia Vailas of Goodman-Marks Associates, Inc. of Mineola was presented with her MAI designation certificate by Matthew Guzowski, MAI, president of Goodman-Marks Associates at the February 15 membership meeting of The Long Island Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. Vailas joins the rank of an elite group of real property appraisers.
