Albany, NY X Team Retail Advisors, a national platform comprised of nearly 400 retail real estate specialists spread across nearly 50 markets in the U.S. and Canada, continues to expand its national footprint. The latest to join as an affiliate member is Trinity Realty Group (TRG), a market-leading retail brokerage and advisory firm that serves the Upstate NY market.

Andrew Peckage, partner, Trinity Realty Group, said, “This strategic partnership positions TRG among a prestigious network of retail brokerage firms. Joining this forward-thinking national retail platform will allow us to better serve our clients throughout the region.”

Kevin Parisi, Trinity Realty Group, partner, said, “We plan to continue growing our tenant and landlord representation business, with a focus on the upstate New York region. We handle national roll out strategies for retailers seeking entry into the market. We have been expanding our brokerage team and are looking to continue growing in this area as a member of the X Team platform.”

The firm covers markets from Westchester, outside of the NY Boroughs, to Buffalo, encompassing such MSAs as the Hudson Valley, Albany, Syracuse, Rochester and Buffalo. TRG recently added three new professionals including Jim Morrissey, as director of brokerage sales, and retail brokers Chris Jones, and Michael Maznio.

Trinity Realty Group works with brands like Costco Wholesale, Starbucks, Dollar Tree, and AT&T as well as a number of restaurant franchises such as Popeyes, Wendys, Taco Bell, and Five Guys. Their landlord client samplings includes national and regional companies like Seritage Growth Properties, Acadia, Concord Capital and Kamin Realty.

“Trinity Realty Group brings to the X Team organization a best-in-class affiliate with a full array of retail brokerage and advisory service lines. The addition boosts our presence in the Northeast with a team of 11 retail-focused brokers that handle assignments in markets across Upstate NY,” said Dave Cheatham, president of X Team Retail Advisors, which is based in Phoenix.

The addition of Trinity Realty Group to the X Team platform continues to strengthen the national platform of retail-focused experts across the U.S. Last year X Team launched a national Retailer Services business line with a suite of outsourced services designed specifically for retailers. The service solution and adaptive process quickly allows retail brands to conduct research, complete site selection assessments, execute lease roll-out plans nationally or regionally, restructure leases, or develop, plan, and construct new stores.

The death of the generic offering memorandum: What buyers expect in 2025 - by Kimberly Zar Bloorian

There was a time when an offering memorandum (OM) was pretty bare bones, some photos, a few bullet points on income, and a rent roll thrown in at the back. That used to get the job done. Not anymore. In 2025, buyers are sharper, faster, and more selective. They’re looking
