Upstate NY Chapter of Appraisal Institute to hold CE courses in October, November and December

Utica, NY The Upstate New York Chapter of the Appraisal Institute has had an active education calendar for real estate appraisers again in 2023 for continuing education (CE) with upcoming seminars in October, November and December.

The October 19, 2023 seminar will be a six-hour “Virtual Business Practices & Ethics” course by national instructor Brian Flynn MAI, AI-GRS. Check the Appraisal Institute website for registration information.

The November 3, 2023 seminar will be the seven-hour “Real Estate Finance, Value and Investment Performance” at Craftsman Inn & Suites, 7300 East Genesee St., Fayetteville. The instructor will be Mark Smeltzer MAI, SRA, AI-GRS.

The December 12, 2023 seminar will be the seven-hour “USPAP Update Course” in Utica. The instructor will be the former National Appraisal Institute president, James Murrett, MAI, SRA.
