Upstate N.Y. Chapter of Appraisal Institute offers two seminars; April 7 and June 12
Rochester, NY The Upstate New York Chapter of the Appraisal Institute (AI) again has an active education calendar for real estate appraisers for continuing education (CE) with two upcoming seminars.
On April 7, the seven hour National USPAP Continuing Education Course (new) at the Hampton Inn & Suites Rochester/Henrietta. The instructor will be former AI president James Murrett, MAI, SRA.
On June 12, the 25th Annual Case Studies in Valuation of Upstate New York Real Estate will be held at the Del Lago Resort Casino in Waterloo.
