Upstate Chapter of AI education calendar

The Upstate New York Chapter of the Appraisal Institute has an active education calender for real estate appraisers again for 2015 for continuing education (CE). There is a seven hour USPAP Update Course in Rochester on April 17; a seven hour Understanding the New Role of the Appraisal in Commercial Banking on May 15 in North Syracuse; and the seven hour Case Studies in the Valuation of Upstate N.Y. Real Estate in Canandaigua on June 5. Also, Using Spreadsheet Programs In Real Estate Appraisals - The Basics on August 7 in Syracuse; Business Practices and Ethics which will be four hours for New York State CE and seven hours AI CE on September 25 in Utica; and the seven hour USPAP Update Course in Utica on November 13.
