Upstate Appraisal Institute USPAP Update Course to be held Dec. 5 in Utica

Warwick, NY The Upstate New York Chapter of the Appraisal Institute has had an active education calender for real estate appraisers again in 2017 for continuing education (CE). The Appraisal Institute (AI) is recognized as the leader in the real estate appraisal industry and is one of the oldest organizations of real estate appraisers in the world. The final 2017 seminar will be the 7-hour USPAP Update Course on Tuesday, December 5th in Utica. The incoming Appraisal Institute president, James Murrett, will be the instructor. The 2018 education schedule will be released in December.
