Unity Capital funds $950,000 acquisition loan for Bushwick apartment building

Brooklyn, NY Unity Capital funded an acquisition loan secured by $950,000 apartment building in the Bushwick neighborhood.

According to Unity Capital, the loan is secured by an apartment building. The purchase money loan helped the borrower to quickly execute on a time-sensitive purchase of the subject property.  Unity Capital was able to close the loan in less than two weeks.

Unity Capital is headed by co-founders and principals Evan Bell and Ron Jacobs. The firm’s senior mortgage loans range in size from $250,000 to $10 million and are designed to give their borrowers the ability to take advantage of time sensitive closings, “special situations” and “story” deals.
