Annemarie Uebbing of The Community Preservation Corp. (CPC) arranged a $1.25 million loan for the acquisition of 47-61 Bross Pl. The subject is a three-building property containing 24 units rental apartments. CPC has financed over 133,000 housing units with a record investment of over $7 billion during the last 35 years. CPC partners with leaders in banking, government and the communities it serves to find affordable housing solutions. CPC is committed to financing affordable throughout NYS, N.J. and Conn.
