U.S. Energy unveils upgrade for USE Manager

U.S. Energy Group has launched an upgrade to the USE Manager, an online monitoring system which provides fully-integrated real-time status and building control via the web. The USE Manager 6.0.3 upgrade now alerts owners and managers when residents complain. They are warned about residents' concerns before HPD comes into the situation. "Owners and managers are often concerned a resident will complain to HPD first, before even mentioning the issue to the super or management company," said Jerry Pindus, CEO of U.S. Energy Group. "We wanted to provide a way for building managers to know about these before HPD gets involved or sends an inspector, so they have greater peace of mind." Other upgrades to the USE Manager include: enhanced connection status and daily performance reports for users upon request. The USE Manager continues to integrate information from the USE Controller Energy Management System (EMS) and the patented USE Verifier Digital Fuel Gauge. Additionally, the system can now be accessed through the USE Mobile iPhone application. "USE Manager has always been highly valued for its alerting features," said David Unger, COO of U.S. Energy Group. "Now with resident tracking/alerts, owners and managers will have the technology to be one-step ahead of HPD and will be able to address issues before they become problems." USE Manager 6.0.3 is an essential application for building managers interested in saving fuel and money and in fostering even better relationships with their residents or tenants.
